BLESSED PLANET®

About Sabrina

For many years, I have been fascinated by a simple observation:
People often achieve what they thought they wanted, yet still feel something is missing.
Modern life offers more comfort, access and possibility than ever before. Yet confusion, dissatisfaction and disconnection remain surprisingly common. Many people spend years pursuing what they believe will bring fulfilment, only to discover that the anticipated sense of arrival never fully arrives.

I wanted to understand why.

Where the Question Led

My background is in Visual Communication and Brand Management, fields focused on perception, behaviour and decision-making. Over time, my interest shifted beyond how people think and towards how people live. This exploration led me into coaching, meditation, yoga, sound therapy, somatic approaches and human development. It also led me far beyond my original profession.

For many years, India became an important teacher. Not only through extraordinary experiences, but through ordinary life. Living, working, travelling, observing and learning from people whose perspectives often differed profoundly from my own.

Again and again, I encountered the same insight:
Many of the things people seek are not found where they have been taught to look.

Why Blessed Planet

Over time, I arrived at a simple conclusion: The quality of our lives is shaped not only by what happens to us, but by our capacity to engage with it. The same world can appear full of problems or full of possibilities. The same circumstances can lead to resignation or growth. The difference often lies in awareness, perspective and our ability to respond rather than simply react.
The name Blessed Planet reflects this understanding.
Not as a statement that life is always easy.
But as a reminder that even within its challenges, life offers interesting opportunities to learn, contribute, connect, create and grow. This perspective continues to guide both my work and my life.

The work

Today, this work is expressed through two closely connected initiatives.

Blessed Planet

Blessed Planet explores the factors that allow people to grow, adapt and experience life more fully. The work integrates insights from modern neuroscience, human development, psychology and behavioural sciences with traditional wisdom traditions and years of living, learning and working across both Europe and India. Rather than focusing on self-improvement for its own sake, it explores how awareness, perspective, relationships and environment shape the way we learn, develop and respond to life’s challenges and opportunities.

At its core, Blessed Planet explores what helps people move beyond achievement alone and engage more fully with themselves, others and life.

Somatic Sound Lab

The Somatic Sound Lab focuses on the foundations that make meaningful change possible in the first place.
Through sound therapy, somatic awareness, meditation and nervous system-oriented approaches, it supports the body’s natural capacity to regulate, restore and reconnect. By strengthening the foundations of resilience and self-regulation, it helps create greater capacity for presence, learning, meaningful connection and engagement with life.

Together, both initiatives reflect the same understanding:
Lasting development rarely emerges through insight alone or regulation alone. It unfolds when mind, body and environment support one another.

Creating these conditions remains at the heart of everything I do.

Continue Exploring

While each initiative has its own focus, neither exists in isolation. Together, they reflect a shared exploration of what helps people live, learn and engage with life more fully.
